1. Acceptance of Terms

OneTake Crew is operated by VYW & CO. By creating an account or using OneTake Crew, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use OneTake Crew, as the app may contain mature content. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@onetakecrew.com of any unauthorized use.

4. Mature Content

OneTake Crew is intended for users aged 17 and older. As a platform for the film and creative industries, content shared on OneTake Crew may include mature themes, strong or explicit language, and artistic nudity within creative works such as film trailers, posters, and music. This kind of content is permitted. By using OneTake Crew you acknowledge that you may encounter mature content.

5. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You must not post pornography or sexually explicit material primarily intended for sexual gratification, content that depicts or promotes illegal activity, non-consensual intimate imagery, or any content that sexualizes minors. You also agree not to post content that is harassing, abusive, hateful, threatening, or deceptive, or that infringes the rights of others, and not to spam, impersonate others, or attempt to disrupt or misuse the service.

6. Content You Post

You retain ownership of the content you create and post. By posting, you grant OneTake Crew a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content within the app as needed to operate the service. You are solely responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the rights to share it.

7. Content Moderation and Reporting

We provide tools to block users and report content. We may review, remove, or restrict content or accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are harmful or unlawful. While mature artistic content is permitted, we have zero tolerance for pornographic, illegal, or abusive content, and we act on reports of such material.

8. OneTake Crew Premium Subscriptions

OneTake Crew offers an optional auto-renewable subscription, OneTake Crew Premium, available as a monthly or yearly plan. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews for the same period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renew, in your device's App Store account settings. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the service or its users. You may close your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account.

10. Disclaimers

OneTake Crew is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that content posted by other members is accurate or reliable.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VYW & CO. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use OneTake Crew.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of OneTake Crew after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
