What is OneTake Crew?
OneTake Crew is a social and professional network built for the film industry. Cast, crew, and creators use it to share their work, discover opportunities, message collaborators, and build a profile that showcases what they do. Your crew is out there.
How do I create an account?
Download OneTake Crew from the App Store or open the web app at onetakecrew.com, then tap Join Us and sign up with your name, username, email, and date of birth. You must be 17 or older to join.
Is there a web version?
Yes. onetakecrew.com is the web version of the app and shares the same account, posts, and messages as the iOS app — sign in with the same credentials.
Posting & content
How do I post or share a clip?
On the Home tab, use the compose button to share a post, photo, poll, or video. To share a vertical video, open the Clips tab and tap the + to create a clip.
What is the Network tab?
The Network tab is where the industry connects — casting calls, services, events, and courses, plus people you may want to know. Browse, filter, and post your own listings.
How do messages work?
Open Messages to start a direct conversation. You can send text, photos, video, and audio. You control who can message you in Settings → Privacy.
OneTake Crew Premium
What is Premium?
OneTake Crew Premium is an optional auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly) that lifts limits and unlocks pro features. You'll see the price in the app before you buy.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple Account. Manage or cancel anytime in your device's Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Auto-renew can be turned off there up to 24 hours before the period ends.
Privacy & safety
How do I block or report someone?
Open a profile, post, or conversation and use the menu to Block or Report. Blocking stops messages and connection requests. Reports are reviewed and acted on — see our Community Guidelines.
How do I control who sees my activity?
Go to Settings → Privacy to manage appearing in search, suggestions, who can message or comment, hiding like counts, and more.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Delete Account, or email support@onetakecrew.com. Deleting removes your profile and personal information; see our Privacy Policy for details.
